I live in a two-story house recently on the outlets on the second floor left. When I plug an electrical appliance in the database (clock, laptop, cell phone charger) does not work. Who could take the same device to the first floor and works well. The lights work in both the first and second floor, kitchen, living room and Denmark in the first floor still working (caps and all). What happened to the basin of the second floor? And how can I correct it?

The house is probably the old man over 40 years.
